Aimie Apigian, MD MS MPH 

Double-board certified in Preventive and Addiction Medicine with Masters degrees in biochemistry and public health, Dr. Aimie is a leading authority on how the body experiences and holds fear, pain and overwhelm and contributes to chronic health challenges. Her work offers a science-backed approach to uncovering and addressing the root causes of these issues, equipping participants with tools to create profound shifts in their lives and practices.

Dr. Aimie’s mission is deeply personal. While still in medical school, she became a foster parent and later adopted her son, witnessing firsthand how unresolved trauma impacts development, relationships, and health. Her journey took on new urgency when she faced her own health crisis in her 30s, inspiring her to seek solutions that went beyond traditional medicine.

In this summit, Dr. Aimie combines her medical expertise with her personal story, creating an accessible and compassionate space for learning and growth.
