7 Days of Groundbreaking Insights, Tools, and Transformation
Welcome
Are you ready to discover how unresolved trauma and attachment wounds are impacting your health and your relationships — and for our clinicians and physicians, the lives of your patients? I’ve dedicated my career to uncovering the ways our biology stores these experiences—and how we can heal from the inside out.
Join me, Dr. Aimie Apigian, and an incredible team of experts from February 5-11 for a free online summit designed to transform your understanding of trauma, attachment, and health.
This is where science meets soul and your healing journey begins.
Why This Summit is Different
“Healing happens when we address trauma not just as a psychological wound but as a biological reality. This summit offers a roadmap for change.”
— Dr. Aimie Apigian

The Healing Hearts, Healing Bodies Summit is a groundbreaking event that bridges the gap between science and healing, giving you the tools to address trauma at its deepest level. Trauma is not just stored in the mind—it lives in the body, the nervous system, and the tissues. If we don’t address the biology of trauma, healing will always feel out of reach.
Over the course of 7 transformative days, you’ll learn from the world’s leading experts in trauma, somatic healing, applied neuroscience, and nervous system regulation. This summit goes beyond surface-level understanding to provide a clear framework for recognizing, repairing, and rewiring trauma—whether for yourself, your clients, or your family.

Meet Your Host
Aimie Apigian, MD MS MPH
Double-board certified physician in Preventive and Addiction Medicine with double Master’s degrees in biochemistry and public health, Dr. Aimie Apigian is the leading medical expert on how trauma becomes our biology and what to do once it creates a chronic health condition.
Yet her inspiration comes from her personal experiences. Becoming a foster parent and adopting during medical school, and then experiencing her own health crisis in her early 30s, she has been on a journey to find practical tools and solutions, beyond the diagnoses, pills, and traditional therapies that weren’t addressing the root problem.
She now hosts a podcast, a YouTube channel, and online Summits working closely with experts in the health and trauma space. She speaks around the world, leads groups through her programs to address stored trauma in the body, and teaches practitioners to do the same in her Biology of Trauma® online training.
